Join the Team

Joining our mission is super easy and makes a huge difference! If you want to join but are not sure how yet, here are some options below:

- Become a tutor: Share your knowledge in engineering, programming, and STEM through becoming a tutor for Path to Parallel. If you're unsure about currciulum, don't worry! After you sign up, a resource packet will be sent to your inbox. For more information, refer to the Become a tutor section to the right, or on smaller screens, below.

- Become a volunteer: If you're looking for less of a time commitment, or just enjoy organizational aspects of planning, become a volunteer! You could help out to write articles, plan a local Path to Parallel teaching event, or help out at a local one! If interested, send an email to [email protected]

- Donate your old supplies: Donations of old computers, hardware, rasberry pi's or any general engineering supplies (including filament!) is alwasy more than appreciated! If interested, click the button below and fill out the donation form.

Share your knowldge and help out students in the STEM community.

If you're intermediete in engineering, programming, math/science, or all, you can make your own program and meet like-minded members of the community. We would love to coordinate with you, and if you would like to get your curriculum in the Path to Parallel program, we would be happy to review it and provide support.

If you're new to tutoring, or feel lost on what to teach, don't worry at all! We will provide an online resource guide to different lesson plans and topics to cover in your tutoring sessions. As the community grows, we hope to also be able to provide engineering tutoring kits as well.

Path to Parallel thrives on community partnerships! We are constantly looking for organizations such as robotics corporations, schools, and other educational organizations to collaborate with us in providing high-quality STEM education to students. Whether it's through sponsorship, resource sharing, or joint programs, we welcome all forms of partnership.

Sponsor relationships can vary but all kinds of support are welcome. In Path to Parallel's emphasis on reducing waste, we most appreciate taking in scrap engineering parts and/or old equipment such as but not limited to, tools like drills, wrenches, etc, 3D printers, filament, soldering equipment, rasberry pi's, and more! Donations and financial contributions are also greatly appreciated. In return, Path to Parallel would love to represent your company in our efforts, and coordinate to present at any events or initiatives that align with your company's mission and values. We are very big on open communication as well!
